Who’s your go-to for advice on anything style and accessories? For senior and Sky Dancer captain Brianna Bennett, her teammates are her ultimate stylists.

“I’d say [being a Sky Dancer] reminds me to stay modest,” Bennett said. “It definitely helps to have some of the SDs to help me choose between which shoes to wear or which earrings every morning.”

Additionally, Bennett looks to social media for inspiration for her next look. Instagram is the platform she uses primarily to search for ideas for her cute and girly style. She mentions Instagram personalities such as Emily Gemma (@emilyanngemma), Emily Herren (@champagneandchanel), and Dede Raad (@dressupbuttercup) as her style icons.

“My style is all over the place most of the time,” Bennett said. “My go-to is girly and ‘Instagram blogger’ style.”

Bennett’s process for picking out an outfit in the morning begins with bold accessories. She then likes to base her outfits around these pieces to really make the outfit look put-together.

“Usually, I pick a statement piece [first] like earrings or shoes that will really pop,” Bennett said. “Then I plan the rest of my outfit to compliment those pieces.”

Altogether, Bennett’s style can be described as girly and meticulous. These traits are displayed tremendously not only through her clothes but her personality as well.

“I’d say my style represents how much of I perfectionist I am,” Bennett said. “Everything always has to match perfectly, and I really enjoy finding different pieces that go together in a way they usually wouldn’t.”
