Legends Indoor Training, a softball and baseball training facility, is opening their doors to any female who is interested in learning self-defense.
The class will be held Sunday, Nov. 18, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Legends Indoor Training facility located at 12809 Harmon Road in Fort Worth. The cost of the class is $25 per person.
Women taking the class will not only learn self-defense, but they will also learn about knowing their surroundings when out by themselves. This class is for females ages 14 and up. Ladies interested in participating need to register online by Saturday, Nov. 17, by clicking here.
