The Theatre One Act Play UIL season had started on March 10, 2022 during Districts, and unfortunately for the company of Jane Eyre, it has come to an end on Thursday, March 24 during Bi-Districts. Jane Eyre, Falcon Theatre’s competing show, met great success at the first competition.

The 6A District 4 round saw Carroll, Central, Fossil Ridge, Keller, Byron Nelson, Eaton, and Timber Creek fight for the top three spots. Keller ISD got a full sweep with Fossil Ridge, Central, and Timber Creek advancing on to Bi-Districts.

The Bi-Districts had the top three advancers from District 4 and the top three advancers from District 3. The District 3 advancers were L.D. Bell, Chisholm Trail, and Haltom. These schools fought once again for the top three spots with fierce voracity.

The advancing schools were L.D. Bell, Chisholm Trail, and Central. The advancers will make their way to Odessa, Texas, for the Area competitions. As for the fate of Jane Eyre, the company will be holding a final public showing to close out the 2022 One Act season on Tuesday, April 12 in the Fine Arts Center at 7 p.m.
