UPDATE: Keller ISD Class of 2020 Proms Cancelled Due to COVID-19 Concerns
The Class of 2020’s postponed prom will be held on July 11 at The River Ranch Stockyards from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. This date is confirmed but the district has to wait on Governor Abbott’s orders to see if large groups can gather again.
With that, prom tickets will go up for sale starting Tuesday, May 5 and be available for purchase through Tuesday, May 26 for $100 on the Keller ISD Webstore. There is a $3 convenience charge and the school cannot accept cash or check payments at this time.
If you or your senior sold 25+ Butter Braids they have received a free prom ticket, please fill out this form for Butter Braid sells so that you can get counted for your ticket. If you or your Senior earned a free prom ticket please go to the webstore and redeem the ticket option that is $0. If you are unsure that you have completed this you can check this by viewing your web store receipts and purchase history.
Do NOT purchase a prom ticket for $100 if you have earned a free prom ticket. If you have earned a free prom ticket from a contest or drawing and the price does not reflect that, please email Emily Boehringer at emily.boehringer@kellerisd.net. If you have won a free prom ticket from fundraising or a contest, you must go online to “purchase” and redeem your $0 prom ticket. You will not be charged a convenience fee for this transaction.
Prom tickets will be refundable if prom does not happen. If the rescheduled date no longer works for you and you have already purchased a prom ticket, please fill out the following form to request a refund: https://forms.gle/DxtrHw2PqcSaqz5W8
Students will not be given a physical prom ticket to enter prom. There will be a master list to check you and your guest in upon arrival. Students and their guests will need to have school or government issued IDs to enter.
