The Keller ISD district and campus offices will be closed from Monday, Nov. 25 through Friday, Nov. 29 due to the Thanksgiving holiday break.
Transcript requests must be submitted by noon on Wednesday, Nov. 20 to ensure that the request is processed before the closure. All requests filed before this date will be put out and processed to their designated locations by Friday, Nov. 22.
At this time, the attendance office is also asking for all verification of enrollment (VOE) requests to be presented by Wednesday, Nov. 20 as well. If done in person, there is a 24 hour waiting period, but if done online the waiting period is 48 hours. Once again, all requests will be ensured to go to their respective locations by the beginning of the break.
Any request for any other official school documents must also be submitted by the dates above. Students should remember that there will be no staff to answer requests over the holiday break so they need a document during that time, requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
