Timber Creek High School class schedules for the 2019-2020 school year are now available on Home Access Center, but here are some other things you might want to know.

Schedules were released on Home Access Center (click here to go there) around noon on August 7, 2019. Counselors are continuing to work on balancing classes, fixing schedule issues and getting things prepared for all student schedules to be ready by the afternoon of August 12 for the schedule walk and organization fair from 5:30 p.m to 7:30 p.m. At this event, students can come and walk through their schedules and visit with clubs and organizations to prepare for the year.

Some student schedules may continue to be updated and changed through the first day of school, August 14, so all students are encouraged to check in again.

On the first day of school, students should attend the first period class listed on their schedule, even if they believe the schedule is incorrect. Counseling members will be in the hallways to help students with immediate issues. Students who are missing courses, have duplicate courses, or have “See Your Counselor” listed on their schedules will visit the Counseling office for assistance. For all other issues, students will be asked to fill out a Google Form to meet with their counselors for assistance.

Frequently Asked Questions about Timber Creek Schedules

When do I have lunch?

Lunches are based on your third period class and may be different for A or B days.

I’ve got questions about KCAL

KCAL students will go to the Fine Arts Center during their scheduled class time on August 14 and/or August 15 for information and orientation, then begin traveling to KCAL on August 16. Transportation information and more info will be provided then.

Something’s wrong in my schedule, how do I fix it?

First, don’t panic. Putting together schedules for over 3,000 students is like putting together a massive jigsaw puzzle where some of the pieces don’t fit, no matter how hard you try. Second, there will be a Google form right here: Click here to request to see your counselor that allows you to contact your counselor quickly and easily to get the information you need to know. They’ll work it out.

My schedule keeps changing, why?

As noted above, counseling is still working on balancing classes — the process of making sure we don’t have 40 students in one period of Biology and 4 in another — and tweaking other issues that might pop up as they double check schedules for the start of school. Hang tight. Things might change all the way up to the night before school, but only because our terrific counseling team is trying to make things work for everyone.

I didn’t sign up for that class…

All course requests were due March 29. If a class shows up on your schedule, you might have selected it during course requests. Also, you might need a specific course to graduate, for other credit, or for your endorsement/pathway.
