Timber Creek’s HOSA club is hosting their Spring blood drive with Carter BloodCare on April 24, 2019 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Signing up gets you an appointment time to have the blood drawn, but all students need to fill out forms from outside C206 (Mrs. Mallory’s room).
Forms are due back to C206 completed by Monday, April 22, 2019.
Students must be at least 16 years old to donate, and must have the parental consent form filled out if they’re under 17. Photo ID is required for all donors.
