The recent push for voter participation in Texas has proven successful, with a 448-percent increase in participation from 18 to 29 year olds alone. With political action rising, it is important to look at the number of voter turnout at a more intimate level, Tarrant County.

According to the Tarrant County Office of Elections, nearly 433,000 voters participated in the Early Voting period. Two key Keller-area locations brought out large amounts of voters in our area.

The Keller Town Hall early voting location had over 23,000 voters participate even before Election Day, Nov. 6. The Villages of Woodland Springs amenity center, just down the street from Timber Creek High School, had over 13,300 voters cast their ballots before early voting ended on Nov. 2, 2018.

Additional data will be available online from the Tarrant County Elections page here (http://access.tarrantcounty.com/en/elections.html) throughout Election Day.
