District College Colors Day Scheduled for August 29

August 29 is College Colors Day for Keller ISD. College Colors Day is the day that anyone can celebrate and show off their favorite college by wearing their school’s colors from head to toe.

“I think one of the most important things we teachers can do is represent where we came from,” said AVID teacher, Christi Boswell.

Timber Creek is encouraging all students to wear their colleges colors next Wednesday. Boswell will be representing Texas Woman’s University, where she graduated in 2006.

“It opens that door to talk about college and have a real college experience,” says Boswell.
