win-over-azle

This past Friday your very own Timber Creek Falcons proved themselves yet again.

After dominating the Azle Hornets 39 to 21, many listings have Timber in the top half of the district, most putting your Falcons at #2.

Another explosive passing game for Cade Schrader and his group of receivers gave Timber Creek a 20-0 lead in the first half making it quite obvious who controlled the game.

Timber Creek seemed to slow down in the second half but this may be due to putting in subs as a way of getting players reps in a game that seemed easily controlled.

Defense looked much more stable this game getting a good amount of sacks on the Azle QB. The number of three and outs also seemed greater through the entirety of the game, it seemed like the Timber Creek offense was on the field for most of the game (which is a good sign.) Stop a couple of big plays and the Timber defensive squad would look almost perfect.

This week your Falcons will be playing a strong Flower Mound team at Keller ISD Stadium for the first home game of the year.
