The four Keller ISD high school theatre troupes will come together for one massive musical in October of 2016.
Announced at 4 p.m. on June 1, 2016, the Keller ISD Fine Arts group shared the following trailing hyping up the first-ever KISD District-Wide Musical.
Timber Creek theatre director Blake Wilson provided some additional details around the time of the announcement via Twitter.
Can’t announce the title yet, but I CAN tell you that it will feature students from all 4 KISD high schools and performances will be at TCHS

Wilson also mentioned that the combined show would be the only musical performed in the 2016-17 school year.
“FYI- The show will feature a very large cast & crew with all campuses represented….bigger than most musical casts usually are,” Wilson shared on Twitter.
With an October opening, cast and crew will be decided quickly next school year. Wilson suggested auditions would be “immediately” after the 2016-17 school year starts.
