Timber Creek students will “Purple Out” for Thursday’s “Senior Recognition Night” varsity football game.
The Senior Recognition Night game is Oct. 29. All seniors who had an active part in the football program (i.e. football, trainers, band, dance, cheer, mockingbirds, video) will be recognized prior to the game.
TCHS will hold a “Purple Out” pep rally on that day, adjusting the schedule as follows:
All periods on Oct. 29 will be shortened by five minutes. See the full pep rally schedule below.
“Purple Out” long sleeve t-shirts will go on sale Monday, Oct. 26, for $15 during lunches. See a sample of the design below:
Seniors and their parents need to arrive no earlier than 6:00 p.m. and no later than 6:15 p.m. at the south gate entrance to the track. Please note – parents must have a ticket to enter the stadium.
Seniors – please gather alphabetically in the group students participated in. The announcer will begin announcing the senior and his/her parents at 6:35 p.m. in the following order: Football, Cheerleading, Sky Dancers, Band/Color Guard, Mockingbirds
When the student’s name is announced, they will proceed along the track on the home side and exit the north gate. Parents can then proceed to the stands to watch the game, and seniors will join their respective groups.
Names will be announced, followed by “son or daughter of.” If a form was not turned in to Mrs. Wimmer in the front office by Oct. 27, the announcer will use the contact information on file at Timber Creek.
