Creek Students Came Prepared at UIL Competition

While most students were sleeping in at 6:45 on the morning of Jan. 13, kids from Debate, Journalism, Science, Social Studies and other organizations were huddling on a bus to TCC for UIL competitions. While competition was stiff Timber Creek pulled through with multiple wins, and here they are:

Social Studies UIL got second place in group score, and individually, Wyatt Ingels placed first, and Gage Reynolds placed fourth.

Science UIL’s Ridha Sameer received third place for UIL Science, the Top Chemistry award, and the Top Physics award.

In Journalism UIL, Katelin Tran placed second in Headline, Brooke Boyer placed third in News Writing, and Emma Dovers placed sixth in Editorial.
