The TCHS counseling department will host a FAFSA Work Night on Nov. 15 for the Class of 2018. It is a come and go event between 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and will be held in the TCHS library.

FAFSA, Free Application for Federal Student Aid, is a way high school students can apply for financial aid for college. If any seniors and their family need help completing their FAFSA, they should come to the work night to get help. Tarrant County College Financial Aid Representatives will be available for questions throughout the event.

Anyone coming to the event should bring their social security number, 2016 records of income, information about assets, driver’s license number, and date of birth. They should also bring month and year of marriage, separation, divorce or other change in marital status, if applicable, and Alien Registration Number if the student is not a U.S. citizen.
