Timber Creek Student Council is celebrating Red Ribbon Week and urging students to understand the dangers of drugs and alcohol with interesting dress-up days for Oct. 23-27, 2017.

On Monday, Oct. 23, students are being encouraged to “Lei off drugs” by wearing Hawaiian themed outfits.

On Oct. 24, organizers want students to “sock it to drugs” by wearing crazy socks.

Then, on Wednesday, Oct. 25, Student Council wants students to say “peace out to drugs” by wearing hippy-styled, 70s-inspired outfits.

Thursday, Oct. 26 is Timber Creek’s Senior Night football game vs. Keller. The Class of 2018 is encouraged to wear their class shirt throughout the day and to the Pep Rally before the game.

Finally, on Friday, Oct. 27 the entire school is encouraged to wear red to celebrate the final weekday of Red Ribbon Week.
