Incoming ninth graders are invited to the TCHS half day fish camp program, that will be held on Aug. 3 at two different time sessions. The sessions will be held at 7:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., or 12:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and students may register for either time. The event will allow the eighth graders to become more familiar with many aspects of the school, and help give a smooth transition from middle school to high school. The Falcon Fish camp will include guest speakers, campus tours, a pep rally, organization fair and much more.
The registration fee includes the cost of supplies needed for the day, and the t-shirt that will be handed out at the event. If registration occurs between April 7 and July 7 the cost will be $10. Any late registrations that happen between July 8 and the day of the event, will be charged a total late fee of $15.
The event is planned and held by the TCHS Student Council to give the best understanding of what to expect of high school.
