The Timber Creek Colorguard will be holding audition clinics on May 9, 10 and 11 from 4:30-6:30 in the cafeteria. This is a great time to meet current members, ask any questions that you may have, and learn the audition routine. Admission to all clinics is free, and there is no experience needed. Joining colorguard is a great way to earn your fine arts and P.E. credits, learn modern dance techniques, and make new friends.

Under the direction of new guard instructor, Lara Rogers, who is originally from London, England, the colorguard has many exciting things planned for this next season, including implementing feeder programs at both of the middle schools. Mrs. Rogers has competed all across the world, and was a part of several drum corps groups, including the Black Knights and Carolina Crown.

In addition to the audition clinics, there will be optional student-led help on May 12 and 15 from 4:30-6:30 in the cafeteria.

Auditions will be held on May 16 in the Timber Creek Band Hall, beginning at 4:15pm, until auditions are complete. Callbacks will be conducted if necessary.

Attached is the information packet including suggested attire, estimated fees and dues, FAQ’s, and biographies about the colorguard and instructor.
